Returns & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. However, we allow exchanges in limited cases.

Exchange Eligibility:

  • Exchanges must be requested within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Hair must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with no alterations (no dyeing, cutting, or installing).
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

How to Request an Exchange:

  1. Email biwahluxehairco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for exchange.
  2. Wait for approval and return instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the hair, we will issue a store credit or send a replacement.
