Returns & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. However, we allow exchanges in limited cases.
Exchange Eligibility:
- Exchanges must be requested within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Hair must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with no alterations (no dyeing, cutting, or installing).
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
How to Request an Exchange:
- Email biwahluxehairco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for exchange.
- Wait for approval and return instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the hair, we will issue a store credit or send a replacement.
